Gluten Intolerance Group

I developed content for the Celebrate Gluten Free Magazine, website, and social media, evaluated a gluten free food service menu, and learned so much about gluten intolerance and celiac disease. I also presented an in-service presentation to the staff about soaking and sprouting grains, seeds, nuts, and legumes. More content coming soon including the final published magazine featuring my contributions.
